Happy Thanksgiving to everyone living in the United States of America, which includes me and my immediate family! I discovered, after doing some quick research on Wikipedia.org (see Wiki link here) that Canada has been celebrate Thanksgiving on the second Monday in October since 1957, so I do not want to confuse North American holidays that are named “Thanksgiving.” There is no need to confuse Canda’s “Thanksgiving” with my country’s.
That being said, I decided to add a jovial looking turkey and a Pilgrim’s styled hat to go along with the Thankgiving motif for my “E OF C” (Elements of Coldfusion) bookmark icon! I have added a screenshot of what the icon looks like on my own iPhone below.

I also added this new “Apple Touch” icon to my Design Progression and Evolution of Apple Touch Icons gallery! Click here to see Design progressions of my smartphone homescreen icons. I created the “Icon Gallery” as a new spin on a “Google Doodle” angle, but this time with icons that can configured by web site developers who want to do a new kind of “UI Novelty” involving adaptations for smartphone users.
